Ten years ago, almost to the day, I quit my job in commercial radio with a rough plan to take my 2 year old son on the road around Australia to make a documentary called Pretty Rad For A Dad.

For most of the time since Angus arrived in our lives, I had been suffering from a mixture of long-standing mental health challenges and what I now understand to be full blown post-natal depression.
